Member information and responsibilities
Pay your fees
To attend playgroup you must pay your fees by week two of term.

You also need to pay your insurance fee direct to PGWA by the deadline each year.
Sign in to each session
Every member must sign in on the register at the start of their session.
This helps us keep accurate records of who attends and ensures your insurance coverage through PGWA
Group leaders
Group leaders help the day to day running of each session, they have a key to access the building and help look after their session members. They welcome new trial members to the session.
Report any problems
If any toys or equipment gets broken, members should report this either via email or on our members only Facebook page.

Keep playgroup clean and tidy
Everyone who attends needs to help keep our space clean and tidy. This includes packing away toys at the end of each session, emptying bins and cleaning floors etc.
